Gatehouse Chambers and Walkers Global will analyse the decision of the Supreme Court in THG Plc v Zedra Trust Company (Jersey) Ltd [2026] UKSC 6 and consider its potential impacts beyond unfair prejudice petitions presented in England and Wales. The panel will examine what the decision might mean for the pursuit of other claims both in this jurisdiction and others such as BVI and Cayman Islands which also specify a statutory limitation period for actions upon a specialty.
