We are TMB Events Ltd, we have been appointed by London International Disputes Week Limited to organise delegate registration and ticketing for events during London International Disputes Week.

How do you use my data?

When you sign up to attend the event we will require you to provide your name, email address, address, work phone number, job title, employer's company name and the type of organisation you work for and will give you the option to provide your mobile number, dietary and accessibility requirements. We collect this information because it is in our, the host's, and the sponsors' legitimate interest to know who is attending the event and to properly administer the event.

When you sign up to receive our event updates (about this event or other events we are organising) we will collect your name and email address to provide you with our updates in line with any preferences you have told us about. We rely on your consent to provide you with these updates. You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time by responding to any email you receive from us to tell us you wish to unsubscribe or by emailing LIDW@tmb-events.com

When you sign up to receive updates from the event hosts or sponsors we will collect your name and email address and share this information with the event hosts and / or sponsors to provide you with their updates. Please see the host's privacy policy for information on how to unsubscribe from these updates.

When you contact us with a query we will usually collect your name, social media handle (if applicable) and contact details, because it’s in our legitimate interest to make sure we can properly respond to your query.

If our business is sold we process your personal information to the extent it is necessary for this purpose because we have a legitimate interest to ensure our business can be continued by the buyer. If you object to our use of your personal information in this way, the buyer of our business may not be able to provide services to you.

Who do you share my data with?

Event hosts and or sponsors for the performance of the contract we enter into with them so that they can manage and promote the event. Please see the host's privacy policy which sets out how they will use your personal data.

Regulators/ Authorities/ Enforcement Agencies if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection.

Prospective buyers of our business under our legitimate interest to ensure our business can be continued by the buyer.

Where do you store my data?

We store your data on third party servers which are based in the UK.

When working with third parties we may need to transfer your personal data outside of the UK and / or EU.

Whenever we transfer your personal information outside of the UK and the EU, we ensure it receives additional protection as required by law. To keep this policy as short and easy to understand as possible, we haven’t set out the specific circumstances when each of these protection measures are used. How long do you keep my data for?

We will only retain your personal information for as long as we need it unless we are required to keep it for longer to comply with our legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
