-Social: Human Rights impacts in supply chains are under increased scrutiny thanks to landmark legislation such as the LkSG and forthcoming CS3D. As a result, civil society is more empowered and will increase disclosure pressure on corporations while becoming more litigious

- Governance: Shifting laws, regulations and governance expectations frequently change the legal risk radar.
