The art and science of arbitrator selection
A session exploring the subjective and objective aspects of arbitrator selection. We envisage that the discussion will touch on the psychological element of the arbitrator selection process, the different ways in which lawyers select and appoint arbitrators, how diversity and inclusion are reflected or neglected and how AI is starting to be incorporated in arbitrator selection.
