As investigations become more complex and more global, understanding where legal, regulatory, and technological risks collide has never been more critical.

This panel discussion will explore the rapidly evolving landscape of investigations, with a particular focus on recent legal and technological developments across various jurisdictions. Drawing on cross-border experience, the speakers will examine emerging investigation issues and risks such as non-financial misconduct, the use of the dark web, deepfakes and other forms of digital falsification, and consider how regulators, businesses and advisers are responding across the financial services and wider disputes landscape.

Speakers from Fox Williams, 3 Verulam Buildings, Ernst & Young, and Collas Crill will offer a cross-disciplinary perspective, with practical insights for those navigating investigations in an increasingly complex environment.
