Back for a fifth year — and this time, we’re rolling into Southbank.

The LIDWNextGen Social returns for its fifth year, and for 2026 we’re taking over Boulebar South Bank — the home of pétanque, great food, and even better vibes.

This is your chance to connect with peers from across the industry in a setting that’s all about relaxed conversations, friendly competition, and letting the good times roll. So, bring your A-game… or at least your best aim.

What to expect

• Networking – but make it fun: Grow your network while enjoying yourself. No awkward icebreakers — just great people, good energy, and conversations that flow as easily as the drinks.
• Pétanque throughout the evening: Games will be running all night, and may even roll into a tournament or two. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or completely new to the world of competitive ball throwing, pétanque coaches will be on hand to guide you every step of the way.
• Street food served platter-style: Food will be available for you throughout the evening from Boulebar’s street food vendors — perfect for grazing between games and conversations and bonus, no tokens required.
• Fully stocked bars: A wide range of drinks will be available, so you can sip, socialise and stay refreshed while you play. You will receive 2 premium drinks tokens for Mocktails/Cocktails and 3 standard drinks tokens for house wine, beer and soft drinks to be redeemed at the event

Tickets are £65 (+VAT), which includes access to LIDWNextGen exclusive hire at Boule Bar Southbank, your drinks tokens, and food from the street food vendors.
