LMAA Terms 2026 – what you need to know
4 Jun 09:00 - 10:30
The majority of the world's maritime arbitrations are conducted under the LMAA Terms, reinforcing London’s position as the leading seat for such disputes. The LMAA Terms are also increasingly adopted in disputes concerned with offshore energy and international trade.
Our panel will examine the 2026 revisions to the LMAA Terms, explore the rationale behind the changes and consider their potential impact in practice.
This session will be of interest to maritime arbitration practitioners and arbitrators alike.
