How to approach protector powers and the risk of deadlock, drawing on experience analysing the position in the Privy Council (the highest appeal court for many common-law jurisdictions).
Responding when capacity is weaponised, from our recent experience in numerous very delicate examples.
When lawyers become the target: The claims that can be brought against lawyers involved in setting up structures, and how to avoid being the target of those claims yourself.
