A dynamic, hands on workshop focused on joint ventures in the energy sector. Designed as an interactive, participatory experience, the workshop will place attendees alongside lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright and 4 Pump Court to work through a series of realistic dispute scenarios arising during the lifecycle of a joint venture energy project. Guided by a panel of energy disputes specialists, participants will consider conflicts and issues that may arise on a joint venture and option for resolution, and test how different approaches play out in practice.
