Join us, during London International Disputes Week, for our panel discussion moderated by Steven Thompson KC (XXIV Old Buildings) exploring the hottest topics in aviation disputes both in London and abroad.
The discussion, expected to be lively and informative, will cover Russia and Ukraine related claims, regulatory and ESG risks and recent Cape Town Convention cases.
Steven will be joined by panellists Ned Beale (Hausfeld), Erin Hitchens (XXIV Old Buildings) and Patrick Farrell (Norton Rose Fulbright), with special in-house guest David Bartlett (PK Air Finance).
The event is aimed at aviation disputes and transactional lawyers. It will be held under the Chatham House Rules.
