As geopolitical instability continues to reshape the sanctions landscape, enforcement activity by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) remains a clear priority, with increasing implications for corporates beyond financial institutions.

This seminar – co-hosted by Matt Getz and Tracey Dovaston of Pallas Partners and Robin Barclay KC of Fountain Court – will explore:

• The evolving UK sanctions landscape and current enforcement priorities

• How sanctions risk is expanding beyond financial institutions, including indirect and ownership-related exposure

• Notable recent court decisions on sanctions (including sanctions designations) and what they mean for businesses

• Practical considerations for managing sanctions risk in a shifting geopolitical environment.
