• the latest “guerrilla tactics” that practitioners are seeing
• existing rules for sanctioning misconduct and what tribunals are doing, in practice, to deter or address such tactics
• how effective or otherwise those strategies have proven
• panellists’ views on additions to existing rules, including a proposed “contempt of arbitration” rule.
