Summary determination of claims or issues in international arbitration remains a relatively nascent process, and subject to significant debate. Can arbitration offer a process to approximate summary judgment in domestic court proceedings? This panel of experienced, expert counsel and arbitrators will discuss the benefits and risks of summary determination provisions in international arbitration rules.
