This session addresses the practicalities of dealing with inward bound letters of request to the English courts and outward bound letters of request from the English courts to other jurisdictions together with other practical ways to obtain assistance from non - English courts with a particular focus on the U.S.A and UAE off-shore courts.”
The session will cover:
1. letters from foreign courts to E&W courts;
2. letters out to foreign courts from E&W; and
3. 1782 applications in the US.
We will be delighted if you can join us for networking drinks and nibbles at 6pm.
