Trusting the data: why London leads the future of global dispute resolution
4 Jun 16:30 - 18:00
This London International Disputes Week, join the Law Society and Penningtons Manches Cooper for a panel discussion exploring what the data tells us about London’s position as a leading global dispute resolution hub.
What this session will cover
As competition between jurisdictions intensifies, global businesses need reliable dispute resolution systems that prioritise digital dexterity, procedural efficiency and legal certainty. Increasingly, the data shows their preferred venue is London.
In this panel discussion, members of the judiciary, business and legal communities will explore this highly competitive market through the lens of data analysis from the UK courts. The discussion will focus on what this means in practice for those advising on and managing cross-border disputes – including how to support client decision making and strategic positioning.
The discussion and Q&A will be followed by a business networking reception, hosted by the Law Society. Here you'll have the opportunity to build your international network and connect with stakeholders within the domestic and international legal sector.
