We are delighted to invite you to a panel session examining the disputes landscape arising from capital intensive infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on data centres.
The session will be hosted by James Holden, Partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s Construction Litigation team, and Katia Finkel, Partner in our International Arbitration Group. They will be joined by Sanjeev Bahl and Michael Arch of FTI Consulting, alongside Lucy Garrett KC of Keating Chambers.
Together, the panel will explore emerging issues specific to data centres, including construction and energy supply challenges, supply chain pressures, damages and valuation considerations, contractual disputes, and key procedural aspects of international arbitration.
