In this interactive workshop, we will guide participants through the phases of a transformation project using a hypothetical case study involving a range of multi-disciplinary emerging technology solutions and tools. At each stage, our panel will share real-world experiences and practical insights drawn from both advisory and disputes work.

As with many technology projects, our hypothetical transformation will encounter risks and setbacks—creating valuable opportunities to explore how these can be identified, managed, and resolved, whether you sit on the supplier or customer side.

Following opening remarks from an assembled panel of experts, panellists will facilitate table-based discussions examining each phase of the project: from pre-contract negotiation through implementation, resets and post go-live. Participants will identify key objectives, recognise the warning signs of a project in distress, and share strategies for early intervention—whether to reset the project or, where necessary, achieve a managed exit through termination.
