A panel of barristers who specialise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) work will explore the issues of professional ethics within the context of ADR work arising from the use/misuse of artificial intelligence in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. The panel will examine the inherent risks in the use of generative large language model (LLM) systems and problems caused by AI generated fabricated citations.
