This panel event will consider hot topics in relation to the Insurance Act, including fair presentation, the knowledge of the insured and the impact of technological change (such as AI) on the insured’s presentation and reasonable search obligations. Speakers will look at recent cases on the 2015 Act in addition to horizon scanning for future areas of dispute.
