Trust and Transformation in International Dispute Resolution: The Africa-UK Dialogue

4 Jun 11:30 - 13:00

Cross-border Disputes, Jurisdiction & Global Issues

Registration for this event will open shortly.

Hosted by Lewis Silkin, in collaboration with Africa Legal and with participation from the UK Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and GREAT Legal Services, this session will bring together African and UK legal perspectives to explore the themes of trust and transformation in international dispute resolution.

Drawing on Africa Legal’s established network of African lawyers and legal professionals, the discussion will connect practitioners across jurisdictions to examine how London continues to serve as a trusted centre for dispute resolution while the landscape evolves alongside growing African investment and cross-border disputes.

The event will provide a platform for practical dialogue on strengthening collaboration and shaping the future of international arbitration in an increasingly interconnected and geopolitically complex environment.
