We invite guests to join us for a breakfast discussion to explore the evolving landscape for Digital Asset Providers (DAPs). The session will focus upon:

The current & future regulatory landscape;
The interplay between that (changing) landscape and the disputes currently being faced by DAPs, with a discussion of what trends are likely to emerge in crypto-related disputes in the near future (UK focus);
Discussion points will include the injunction regime, cryptoasset related changes to the UK COBS rules, unenforceable contracts, and FOS claims;
Cryptoassets in an insolvency situation – discussion of key current challenges in asset recovery where cryptoassets are involved, and how are those are being dealt with in a practical sense;
Jurisdictional trends and the potential for forum-shopping.

The session will explore the volatile landscape of disputes and regulation in the digital asset space.

Please join us for breakfast from 8.30am. The session will start at 9am.
