This interactive panel session will commence with a keynote address by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, Judge, Supreme Court of India. Following this, the panel will consider the arbitration landscape and growth trends in the Indian market with personal perspectives from global specialists from India, Singapore, Middle East and Africa. The panel will reflect on how India’s relationships with these key jurisdictions may impact these trends.

Vikas Mahindra, co-founder of TERES and Pallavi Saluja, Editor in Chief of Bar & Bench, will make guest appearances and address the audience on the changing trends of transcription and journalism in India. The session will be transcribed by TERES.

Audience participation is encouraged, and we will be collating questions from the audience ahead of the event for discussion during the session.
