The arbitrator is dead, long live the AIbitrator: This house believes that human lead dispute resolution is slow, expensive and generally ineffective
3 Jun 16:30 - 18:00
Following the success of last year's lively, and sometimes hilarious, LIDW debate, "Have arbitral institutions outlived their utility?", we are pleased to host this year's head-to-head with our friends at Stephenson Harwood.
Teams of debaters will lead the arguments, and high-ranking members of the leading institutions will serve as the tribunal, with an opportunity to put questions to the teams, opine on the debate, and inform delegates of how their institution sees the developing role of AI in the international arbitration process.
The session will be followed by networking drinks.
