Diverse perspectives: lessons in resolving disputes
4 Jun 11:30 - 13:00
Whatever your specialism, client base, jurisdiction or experience, we can all learn from the perspectives of others.
This event will draw together practitioners with a wide range of specialisms to share insights and new ideas about the art of dispute resolution. The panel will include Sir Rupert Jackson (former Lord Justice of Appeal and now a leading arbitrator and mediator), Henrietta Jackson-Stops (a leading mediator who runs IPOS Mediation), Tim Chelmick (Barrister, 4 New Square) and experts in construction, technology and IP disputes from Pinsent Masons, moderated by commercial litigator and arbitrator Jim Cormack KC. Drawing from their experience in different fields, the panel will identify lessons that are applicable to everyone – wherever the dispute and whatever its nature.
Lunch will be available after the session.
