In light of recent developments, including the landmark Kent v Apple judgment, the settlement of Merricks v Mastercard and the judgment in Gutmann v South Western Trains, lawyers and experts will discuss what now and where next in the UK collective actions space.

The discussion will be structured as follows with one lawyer and one economist providing their perspectives on each of five key stages in the collective action process:
