Registration for this event will open shortly.

It is more than 50 years since the London court fashioned the first forerunner of the freezing injunction. Early in its life it was famously touted as a nuclear weapon of the law, but now they are routinely issued. This session will explore whether it is time to tighten up the grant of a freeze, how that might be done and take in the views of the international users of the London courts.
