From foreign judgment to asset enforcement: This panel will explore what is needed for the successful enforcement of foreign judgments at common law. It will deal in detail with critical issues and defences commonly raised including by references to recent decisions, including questions of jurisdiction, natural justice, public policy and multiple damages.
