The old rules of globalisation are under strain. Capital is moving differently, supply chains are being redrawn, and trade, technology and security are increasingly intertwined. In that world, UK-India relationship gains an even greater significance and is likely to play a pivotal force in shaping the next phase of global commerce. This panel will look at what that means for investors, busninesses and institutions and importance of robust dispute resolution mechanisms to build trust and resilience in a more uncertain world.

The event will be followed by drinks and canapes.
