In association with the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC) this session looks at how the traditional areas of technology disputes are changing, with new forms of commercial dispute arising relating to cyber/data, ESG, AI, and IP (FRAND) etc. We will consider the disputes of the future, the legal and technical questions that arise and the best forum for resolution.
