One year after an LCIA-YIAG panel debated these issues during LIDW25, the world feels even more turbulent. In this session, we propose to continue the dialogue: expert speakers will offer their perspectives on what the current levels of uncertainty mean for international arbitration and the role of effective dispute resolution strategies in managing risk.
