This panel will discuss the special considerations that arise when lawyers act for clients that claim, or are defending, claims for billions of US dollars, pounds or Euros in international arbitration or litigation. Its focus will be on the practical management of the claims, including how to evaluate the jurisdictions and legal systems to pursue legal actions, managing outside counsel, investigating avenues for recourse and managing costs for the benefit of the client.
