De-risking disruption: mainstreaming crypto, optimising AI and safeguarding tech innovation
3 Jun 09:00 - 10:30
Marriott Harrison LLP and XXIV Old Buildings will host a joint session entitled Mainstreaming Crypto. This session will look at:
• recent developments in English legislation, some decisions in the English courts, and notable offshore jurisdictions, and how the future of crypto appears to be moving towards the mainstream.
• AI IRL: Where AI is adding value—and where it is not—in the legal sector (and how clients and practitioners might be undermining its effectiveness).
• Protecting Tech Start ups: Early stage companies are vulnerable to a wide range of risks, particularly in the tech sector. We will consider some of the strategies used to help them navigate their early years.
Please join us for breakfast which will be served from 8.30 with the session starting at 9am.
