Commercial Courts in a Connected World: Judicial Dialogue and Private Law Innovation in Cross-Border Litigation
3 Jun 14:00 - 15:30
This session will explore how commercial courts are responding to the realities of increasingly transnational commerce and litigation. As disputes frequently span multiple jurisdictions, courts are engaging in greater dialogue, cooperation and procedural alignment to address the challenges of cross-border disputes. The second part of the discussion will consider the evolving role of commercial courts within this landscape and how judicial engagement and private law innovation may contribute to greater predictability in cross-border litigation.
This session is hosted by Global Legal Post, bringing together leading international practitioners who contributed chapters to the Law Over Borders Commercial Litigation comparative guide.
