Registration for this event will open shortly.

The event will focus on recent high-stakes proceedings for recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments and will explore sovereign immunity considerations, sanctions constraints, challenges in valuation and asset tracing, competition among creditors for the same assets and political sensitivities. Bringing together in-house counsel, practitioners, experts, and state representatives, the panel will provide an overview of the enforcement battlefield shaped by the geopolitical developments and pave the way to recovery.

- Competing creditors: what happens when multiple claimants pursue the same asset pool
- Litigation finance and innovative recovery tools: the role of third-party funding in asset recovery cases, new structures for risk-sharing, and how funders assess Ukraine-related opportunities
