Cross-border Disputes
This session examines cross border disputes involving Middle Eastern assets, offshore structures and the English courts. Speakers will discuss asset protection strategies, worldwide freezing orders and security for costs, as well as the growing interaction between the UK, offshore jurisdictions and the US. The session will also consider the widening range of disputes arising from these structures, including both commercial and trust related claims.
