We are pleased to welcome global enforcement specialist Will O’Brien from Eversheds Sutherland’s DC office, alongside Sheena Buddhdev, a Partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s Commercial Dispute Resolution group with over 20 years’ experience advising on high‑value, complex and cross‑border disputes, together with funding and enforcement specialists Tom Brown and Christiane Deniger from Burford Capital, the world’s largest litigation funder.
