The panel brings together a leading general counsel, a corporate lawyer and disputes counsel to examine how negotiations and disputes with states are actually conducted. The discussion will highlight strategic considerations and recommend best steps on key issues, including on:

Managing risk;
Navigating jurisdictional challenges; and
Enforcement of awards.
