When and how should counsel and experts embrace the efficiency and cost-savings promised by AI to facilitate evidence assessment? What professional obligations must they comply with in leveraging AI tools? And how can they effectively prepare to challenge AI-supported evidence when it is becoming more difficult by the day day to distinguish genuine evidence from AI-generated deepfakes?

The session will examine how trust in the arbitral process can be maintained in a time of dizzying technological transformation, and how both lawyers and experts can uphold transparency and integrity while adopting new technologies. Attendees will leave with a practical understanding of the frameworks for deploying and testing the reliability of AI tools that are swiftly gaining traction in evidence preparation and expert analysis.
