Cross-Border Insolvency & Litigation in Practice: Strategies and Reflections from London, China and Singapore

5 Jun 16:30 - 18:00

Corporate & Commercial Disputes, Cross-border Disputes

Registration for this event will open shortly.

This engaging and informative seminar will bring together leading practitioners from London, China and Singapore to examine cross-border insolvency and litigation strategies across the regions.

The discussion will look at the recognition of foreign insolvency proceedings, co-ordination between courts and officeholders, and the strategic use of litigation to pursue or defend claims.

The panel will also consider practical challenges in asset recovery and enforcement across borders and discuss emerging trends shaping cross-border disputes between the UK and Asia.

The event will take place on the final day of London International Disputes Week, and to mark the occasion, attendees are invited to join us for a celebratory drinks reception following the seminar.

This will be an excellent opportunity to network and round off the week!
