Join us for a special anniversary event at this year's LIDW, marking the 10-year anniversary of the Equal Representation in Arbitration (ERA) Pledge - the global initiative committed to improving gender representation in international arbitration.

To celebrate this milestone, join founding figures and current leaders of the Pledge for a special anniversary panel discussion reflecting on a decade of progress - and what comes next.

The conversation will explore:

• The origins and objectives the ERA Pledge
• How the ERA Pledge has influenced gender representation across the global arbitration community
• Key milestones and measurable progress over the past decade
• The role of law firms, corporates, governments, chambers, arbitral institutions and other organisations in driving change
• Priorities for the next ten years

The panel session will be followed by celebratory cocktails, canapés and cake, providing an opportunity to connect with fellow LIDW delegates, ERA Pledge members, arbitrators, in-house counsel and disputes practitioners.

This event celebrates an important milestone while looking firmly to the future of leadership and inclusion in international dispute resolution.
