YAYAH Academy is delighted to announce the return of its second interactive workshop, just a few footsteps from LIDW’s main conference.

This year's edition entitled 'From pen to witness stand - Masterclass in witness preparation' will tackle the best practices and insights on witness preparation.

By joining us you will:

  • Receive practical perspective, guidance and feedback from seasoned arbitration practitioners;
  • Discuss and learn with your peers in a small group setting, and gain first-hand experience of best practices in witness preparation in order to allow you to build and develop your own technique; and
  • Network with the LIDW25’s main conference drink reception, directly after the workshop.

The session will feature participation of leading individuals in the field of international arbitration. Watch this space, further details will be provided very soon.

14:15 – 14:20: YAYAH Welcome remarks

About LIDW Young and Young at Heart

LIDW Young and Young at Heart (“YAYAH”) represents the broad community of stakeholders in London’s dispute resolution community that consider themselves to be Young or Young at Heart. Over the last few years our mission has been to ensure that during London International Disputes Week we provide a social forum for members of this community to gather, exchange ideas and develop their network.

We are somewhat unique in that eligibility to form part of our community does not depend on age or role. However, in an effort to ensure that our mission doesn’t become lost amongst the multitude of events, we ensure that all YAYAH events are tailored and targeted towards the YAYAH community.  This is reflected in the type of events, speakers and themes we select for our educational events, as well as the venues and the “informal” nature of our social events.
