In this panel discussion, three distinguished judges—Mr Justice David Foxton (Commercial Court), Mr Justice Michael Green (Chancery Division), and Mr Justice David Waksman (Judge in Charge of the Technology & Construction Court)—will explore the future of the English Courts and the types of disputes that are likely to come before them.
