English arbitration was recently criticised as being overly focussed on procedure which was referred to as ""the English virus"". This international panel will share experiences of the approaches taken in arbitration around the world considering, amongst other things, whether the focus on procedure varies (by geography or by institution perhaps?) and the implications of the differing approaches.

Join us for an engaging discussion on the global variations and discover how different approaches can impact the efficiency and fairness of arbitration. What lessons can London learn to keep up with innovations in dispute resolution in other jurisdictions?

Catherine Penny (Stevens & Bolton) and Andrew Stevens (4 Pump Court) are delighted to be joined by Flore Poloni (Signature Litigation, Paris),  Adrian Chadwick (Hadef & Partners, Dubai) and Baldev Bhinder (Blackstone & Gold, Singapore). Their expertise and insights will undoubtedly enrich our conversation and provide valuable perspectives on this global topic.
