A panel that discusses, in a cradle to grave fashion, arbitration award enforcement.  From initial considerations about who is covered by the arbitration agreement, and how to deal with third parties who are not, to interim relief locating or securing such as Norwich Pharmacal and freezing orders in support of the arbitration, through to the final stages of enforcing over assets, from debt orders through to receiverships.  Our panel will focus on how to weave together advantages of different jurisdictions to secure and attack common assets and holding structures, during and after an arbitration.
