In this session, an international panel of experts will discuss common problems that are thrown up when issues arise in Global Supply Chains. The panel will look at what awards and orders can be obtained through Court proceedings and Arbitration, together with how they may be enforced in different jurisdictions and in what timescales. It will explore what international dispute resolution lawyers should be considering when supply chain issues arise, and further what can be done at the contracting stage to avoid problems being encountered in the future.
