Our panel of experts from Stephenson Harwood LLP, Monckton Chambers, Berkeley Research Group and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, will discuss recent developments in the law of pass-on, and what the implications are for competition damages claims. The panel will feature perspectives from both lawyers and experts, who will draw on their direct experience of some of the leading cases such as the Interchange litigation, Royal Mail / BT v DAF Trucks and Granville v LG, and share insights on how the law of pass-on has developed, how it might evolve, and what must now be established to prove that an unlawful overcharge has been passed on. The panel will contrast English law on pass-on with the law in the Netherlands and discuss what might learned from other jurisdictions.
