As part of London International Disputes Week 25, Fladgate are hosting a panel event with 4 Pump Court, BenchWalk Advisors and Institutional Protection.
 
The event will focus on the ever-changing funding landscape. Focussing the spotlight on the post PACCAR landscape, the panel will look at the changes affecting the whole legal sector, affecting claimants, defendants alike. The talk will consider how the structure has evolved in the relationship between claimant law firms and funders, renegotiating terms and the impacts on progressing substantial disputes in the Commercial Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal and Arbitration forums.
