The role of an Arbitral Institutions in its relationship with Arbitrators – everything from 'black lists' to dealing with arbitrators that are too popular – this session will ask the participants to discuss everything related to Arbitrators form their appointments to their removal, including scrutiny of fees, conflicts, etc.
